Veterinary Leadership Toolkit: Cultivating Team Success and Wellbeing (2-day course)

This two-day course is specifically designed to support veterinary professionals seeking to develop or enhance their leadership skills. Through a deep dive into the fundamentals of leadership, participants will cultivate successful leadership styles that not only enhance team performance but also prioritise team wellbeing.

Each delegate will have the opportunity to explore their own leadership style and gain insight into overcoming common challenges experienced when leading veterinary teams.
