How much are attendance and On-Demand courses for members?
All theory attendance courses and all On-Demand content is free for members, and practical attendance courses are half price. External courses run by Securos, Silver Academy packages, and the Vet Graduate Academy are excluded from the membership package

When are members eligible for courses at the discounted prices?
Delegates need to have an active membership at the time of booking and at the time of attending the course to be eligible for membership prices.

What if I need to cancel a course booking?
If a delegate needs to cancel an theory attendance course booking, they must cancel the booking at least 14 days in advance. Failure to provide 14 days notice for non-attendance will restrict delegates from booking any future courses more than two weeks ahead. For practical attendance course bookings, our Cancellation Policy will apply.

Can a colleague attend in my place?
Bookings must be made for the member only. Any non-members attending a course in your place will be invoiced for the full course cost.

When does membership renew?
Membership will renew automatically after one year unless cancelled in advance of the membership anniversary.

I have an On-Demand subscription, but I’d like to become a member. Can I have a refund on my subscription?
If you already have an On-Demand subscription and you want to join as a member, we can apply the remaining monthly equivalent of your subscription as credit. The credit can be used for future course bookings or membership renewals. Please drop us an email at enquiries@centralcpd.co.uk after purchase and we will arrange the credit for you.
