Problem Solving in Medicine

Pattern recognition is one of the stalwarts of clinical practice, but when the situation is less clear-cut, or there are conflicting clinical findings, it is easy to become lost. In these situations, a problem-based approach becomes imperative.

This learning series with Fiona Adam explores some challenging medical cases using this problem-based approach. The cases are a range of endocrine, respiratory, GI, urogenital and beyond!
