RECOVER CPR BLS and ALS Certification (Sheffield)

This hands‑on one‑day course will give you the practical experience and confidence to lead and participate in veterinary cardiopulmonary resuscitation, using the internationally recognised RECOVER guidelines. Delivered in direct association with RECOVER and led by RECOVER Certified Instructors, the workshop builds on the online Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) modules to ensure you are prepared for real‑world resuscitation scenarios.

You will apply current, evidence‑based principles in a structured practical setting, working through core concepts of effective CPR, team dynamics, airway management and circulatory support. Completing both the online theory and this practical session leads to official RECOVER Rescuer certification, giving you a recognised qualification in veterinary CPR.

This course is ideal for veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses who want to standardise their emergency response approach, improve clinical outcomes, and feel more confident when managing cardiopulmonary arrest in practice.
