Lynn Hewison

MSc FHEA CCAB

Lynn is a Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CAB) registered with the ABTC. She is also a certificated member of FABC and a Committee member of BVBA.

For nearly 10 years Lynn worked in an academic setting where she taught companion animal behaviour at both undergraduate and postgraduate level whilst also consulting in a Behaviour referral practice, working primarily with dogs who present with unwanted behaviours. During this time, Lynn was the lead instructor for puppy classes which followed the University of Lincoln’s Life Skills for Puppies programme.

In addition to a wealth of extensive practical experience working closely with clients to help change behaviours, teaching classes and working in a variety of settings, with both private clients, rescues and other professionals, Lynn also has a BSc in Animal Behaviour Science and an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour.

Lynn is also a CCAB (Certificated Clinical Animal Behaviourist), and has had both her theoretical and practical skills assessed by the Accreditation Committee of the Association for the Study of Animal Behaviour (ASAB), now CCAB Ltd.

In addition to the above Lynn is also a trustee for a local dog rescue charity and the has previously been a trustee for the ABTC as well as Secretary of ASAB Accreditation Committee.
