RCVS-Recognised Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine.

Nat graduated from Glasgow Vet School in 1992 and went to USA (Penn and Wisconsin) for internship and residency, becoming a diplomate in Small Animal Internal Medicine in 1998 as well as pursuing a keen cardiology interest. He spent time in first opinion and referral practice, and at University of Syndey before completing an immunology PhD at the University of Bristol in 2004. Since then, he has been settled at Davies Veterinary Specialists in Hertfordshire, working as an internal medicine specialist. At “Davies” he has served a number of roles, including Head of Internal Medicine and then Clinical Director. He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, for meritorious contributions to Small Animal Practice in 2017. He has spoken and published widely, mainly on immunology. He serves as Subject Matter Expert for Vaccines and Immunology for the Linnaeus Clinical Board, and as a member of the Vaccination Guidelines Group of WSAVA.
