Veterinary Demonstrator

Dr Caroline Taylor is an enthusiastic, relatable vet and educator, with over 20 years experience in first opinion practice. She is an approachable leader, having been a valued team member in a variety of small animal hospitals and local practices.

Caroline has a passion for teaching, and is now working on her FHEA. She has provided technical training on ultrasound and rehabilitation equipment, with a leading imaging company supplying the UK, Ireland and Europe, for many years. More recently she has joined the team at Harper Keele Vet School, teaching across the curriculum. Specifically, she adds diagnostic imaging expertise, working with leading telemedicine companies to achieve excellence in clinical training.

Caroline is devoted to animal health and welfare, setting up an online support service for overweight pets in 2020. Embracing the future of veterinary medicine, her interests include using AI and virtual reality to enhance content delivery. She continues to promote best practice, by encouraging first opinion vets to enhance and practice their ultrasound skills, at every opportunity.

When not extolling the virtues of imaging, she can be found with her family and beloved dog, climbing up a hill to find a view.
