Anna graduated from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2013. After 3 years in first opinion private and charity practice, Anna returned to the RVC to complete a rotating small animal internship, followed by a residency in small animal surgery. She completed her residency in 2020 and is an ECVS and RCVS specialist in small animal surgery.
Anna is currently a lecturer in small animal surgery at the RVC and is involved in teaching undergraduate veterinary students and surgical residents. She has a heavily clinical role, straddling both orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery. Anna is particularly passionate about complex traumatic and emergent cases, which her trans-disciplinary role particularly lends itself to.
Alongside her clinical work Anna contributes to international publications and is heavily involved with developing and delivering CPD to first opinion practitioners.
